Unfair competition on the telecommunication services market

Everybody must realize that one minute consists of sixty seconds. But correspondingly to IDT a lot of calling card companies just give customers 36 seconds in a minute. Last year IDT/UTA (Union Telecard Alliance) began a suit against several companies-providers of prepaid phone cards attributing false advertisement and misleading commerce operations.

IDT/UTA's suit versus the residuary accused is still continuing in federal tribunal in Newark, New Jersey. The new system allows every user to determine the size of the minute that suits him better, and the system will deduct units form the account and the user will have got an opportunity to examine exactly how many minutes were deducted and how many remain.
